The crazy kids behind Byron Bay/Melbourne group Lunatics On Pogosticks have just made the start of everyone’s 2016 a little sweeter by announcing a run of shows along the east coast.
The Aussie garage/pub rock group hit the scene with their 2014 EP Sleeping Till The Weekend, cementing their scuzzy, party boy image and legion of fans. Now, with their debut album on the brink of release, the band have dropped their brand new single ‘MDMAtes’ and announced an accompanying tour.
Lead singer Calum Newtondescribes the single as a story of "a friend in Brisbane who lives in a kitchen, owns a bunch of snakes, buys pingas off the deep web and sells 'em to his mates".
Be sure to catch the rowdy bunch on one of their dates next year and get ready to have a ripping, and messy, good time.
