Moses Gunn Collective Release New Track 'Shalala'
If you're all about that Tame Impala/Cloud Control/Jagwar Ma vibe then you're really going to dig the stuff that Moses Gunn Collective have got for you!
If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like inside a 70s cult, Moses Gunn Collective’s new video for ‘Hole in the Wall’ paints a good picture for you.
The Brisbane psych rock four-piece released their debut album Mercy Mountain in August this year and ‘Hole in the Wall’ is just a taste of the glam rock/psych stylings featured on the album. On top of the new clip, the band have just announced a tour for February next year and will visit Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne. Full tour dates below.
'Hole in the Wall' was filmed in a sunburnt Queensland paddock, and features MGC front man Aidan Moore leading a procession of sparkly flower children as they dance around in the hazy sunshine.
The clips director Steve Kempnich said: “We went out to a bloody great ol' Australian field where we used to pick shrooms and danced around for a while. It was really quite pleasant but then some babes cast a spell on me and it all went a bit funny! Really I just wanna be an animal.”
Well ok then. Make sure you get along to their limited tour dates and take a look at the video for yourself:
