Mac Miller Announces Australian Tour

Innovative American rap prodigy Mac Miller will return to Australian for the first time since 2014’s Big Day Out as part of his “GO:OD AM” tour.

Miller’s January headline shows in Australia will follow an extensive run of American dates which will see him on the road for the remainder of 2015 in celebration of his major-label debut album “GO:OD AM”.

The 17-track release, featuring appearances from Miguel, Lil B, Ab Soul, and Little Dragon, debuted at #32 on the ARIA Album Charts, with tracks 100 Grandkids, Brand Name, and Weekend receiving worldwide acclaim.

Malcolm ‘Mac Miller’ McCormick taught himself piano, bass, guitar, and drums as a child, and by the age of 14 was rapping for a living.

Shortly after graduating high school Miller inked a deal with Rostrum Records and released eleven mixtapes, which raked in millions of YouTube channel views and plenty of industry buzz.

The 23-year-old from Pittsburgh released his first full-length album “Blue Side Park” in 2011, which went straight to the top of the Billboard 200.

Miller’s quick rise to fame saw him picked up by MTV2 to film the reality show "Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family".

Miller also known for work under his alias horrorcore alter-ego Delusional Thomas, producer Larry Fisherman, artist Larry Lovestein & The Velvet Revival.

He has also released a self-titled jazz album and has created a live tour documentary entitled “Live From Space with The Internet”.
