New Zealand’s Villainy along with Melbourne hard rock outfits Jericco and Sydonia will co-headline a capital city assault in mid-November.
Villainy will be crossing the Tasman off the back of months of sold-out shows and armed with their acclaimed new album “Dead Sight”, set for release in Australia in early November.
The four-piece are one of New Zealand’s most awarded rock acts, having supported the likes of Incubus, The Offspring, and SHIHAD, and their singles Syria and Safe Passage from “Dead Sight” have both received high rotation on NZ's biggest commercial rock station.
It will be the Kiwi outfit’s first shows in Australia since playing Brisbane’s BIGSOUND in 2013.
Joining NZ’s hard rockers on the four-date tour are well known and loved Melbourne natives Jericco and Sydonia.
Jericco received national attention for their recent second album “Machine Made the Animal”, resulting in the band playing to their biggest crowds to date including several sold out venues during their national headline tour.
Sydonia have been a mainstay in Melbourne’s hard rock scene. Since the release of their sophomore album “Reality Kicks” in February 2014 they’ve generated some serious momentum including a third album preview tour back in January.
