Last Dinosaurs Announce “Wellness” Album Tour

Brisbane indie-pop rockers Last Dinosaurs have announced a national tour in support of their upcoming release of their second album “Wellness”.

Fresh from their sold-out ‘Evie’ tour and a blistering set at Splendour In The Grass the four-piece are gearing up to travel across six states to headline some of the biggest venues of their career to date.

The tour will include all ages as well as under 18’s shows to coincide with the September school holidays.

The band also recently released the video for Apollo, the second single from their sophomore album, directed by the Dino’s very own Bass player Michael Sloane.

The video depicts a lone security guard busting some incredible yet hysterical dance moves to pass the time during a graveyard shift at a deserted Brisbane shopping mall.

Sloane said "the concept came from the band wanting to portray the message of the song's lyrics, ideas of leading a double life, wanting something more, and transitioning from ordinary to extraordinary.

“Even though the lyrics are serious, the upbeat music called for something fun on screen,” he said.

The “Wellness” 2015 Australian Tour begins September 25, with special guests to be announced.
