Noel Gallagher To Return To Australian Soil

We may have been having a laugh on April Fools when we rumoured an Oasis reunion tour but, while this is by no means the same, Noel Gallagher has confirmed that he is set to visit Australia next year.

The singer has just outlined his tour plans for the next 12 months and yes, Australia is on the hit-list. “Next year I go round the world again,” he said. “I go to South America and Australia and South-East Asia and there’s rumours of going back to America… So I’m fucking full-on, flat-out busy.”

Noel Gallagher released his second solo album Chasing Yesterday last year to much acclaim. In fact Noel Gallagher has claimed the biggest-selling vinyl record of 2015 so far and the best-selling vinyl single.

'Chasing Yesterday', the latest album from Gallagher's new band the High Flying Birds, tops the vinyl albums countdown, while singles 'Riverman', 'Ballad Of The Mighty I' and 'The Dying Of The Light' take the top three spots in the singles list.
