Passenger Will Be Back In 2015

If you’ve somehow missed out on seeing singer-songwriter Passenger or simply cannot get enough, then today is your lucky day. Passenger has just announced his return to Australia in early 2015, with a run of dates across the country locked in for January and February.

The English crooner with the soft and sweet voice has become something of an adopted Aussie, having just come out for Bluesfest, on top of a run of dates throughout last summer and huge chart success.

Passenger’s sixth studio album, Whispers, will be out on Friday June 6th and features songs that date back to before the Let Her Go mayhem began. It is probably his most optimistic record yet, with him describing what’s to come, “It’s quite cinematic. There are lots of big stories and big ideas… There are also some sombre moments about loneliness and death but, hey, it wouldn’t be a Passenger album without those. Mostly though, it’s a really positive album.”
