Emma Louise Releases New Single & Video

With her most ambitious tour to date already announced and on sale, Brisbane chanteuse EMMA LOUISE is proud to release ‘Pontoon’, her new and (arguably) the greatest single from her internationally acclaimed debut album Vs Head Vs Heart.

To accompany the song is an equally stunning visual feast, shot by director Dylan Wiehahn who has worked on captivating videos from the likes of Active Child and Young Magic.  A self-confessed “nature guy” at heart, Wiehahn captured utterly spectacular imagery on this dream journey in its purest in Lennox Head, on the Sunshine Coast and at home in Brisbane and describes it best when he quips “… it’s David Attenborough-meets-psychedelics.”

In other Emma Louise news, she is enjoying some recent chart success with acoustic ballad ‘1000 Sundowns’ thanks to its recent inclusion in Channel Ten drama Offspring in a pivotal funeral scene of one of the shows beloved characters. The attention has seen the song which was taken from Emma’s debut EP (Full Hearts and Empty Rooms) re-enter the ARIA charts. 

While the local and global attention continues, all roads lead towards the massive PONTOON THEATRE TOUR, an exceedingly ambitious journey that sees her stop in at some of the country’s finest music destinations such as the Opera House in Sydney, the famous Spiegeltent at Brisbane Festival, the Astor in Perth and Ormond Hall in Melbourne. She will be joined in Sydney and Melbourne by enigmatic buzz-card HOLY HOLY, a Brisbane outfit currently enjoying radio success with their debut single ‘Impossible Like You’.
