David Bowie Gives Singing Astronaut's Space Oddity Thumbs Up!
Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield is at it again. This time Chris has recorded his own version of David Bowie's classic hit Space Oddity on board the International Space Station.
The Wild Wild is set to release their debut album in early January, with new single Sing a sample of what is in store.
The Wild Wild is a one-man show of Benjamin Dunn, who escaped from Illinois one day to live freely along the beaches of California whilst searching for something more meaningful in his existence. He found it somewhere along that coast in the form of music, and has been creating indie-electro tracks in the style of MGMT and Walk The Moon ever since.
Writing, playing and recording all of the instruments, Sing is a demonstration of the talent of The Wild Wild. The track itself is an electro pop anthem with Temper Trap-like arrangements of drum beats, pounding pedals and soaring vocals shadowed by lush synths. Flirting with pop and rock ears, Sing is a great showcase of quality song writing and audio creativity leaving listeners wanting more.
The debut LP from The Wild Wild promises to be a classy electro/indie/pop bundle, and will be released on Friday, 22 January 2016.
