Indie-folk darlings Tinpan Orange are back with single You’re Not There, the first little taste of their fifth studio album, to be released in early 2016.
Hailing from Melbourne, the three-piece is led by the ethereal Emily Lubitz, with her brother Jesse on guitar and Alex Burkoy on strings. The new single was co-written and co-produced by Harry James Angus of The Cat Empire fame and they’ve delivered a delicate folk ballad with Emily’s angelic vocals shining through.
The band have also just announced a string of festival shows over the summer, so you can enjoy Tinpan Orange live before the release of their album, slated for April, 2016.
