Just days after their mind blowing showcase that left the conference buzzing at BIGSOUND 2014, Jack Ladder & The Dreamlanders have since announced their first club shows in over three years.
With the band’s fourth album, titled ‘Playmates’ due to be launched at Northcote Social Club in Melbourne on Friday 7th November, and Newtown Social Club in Sydney on Thursday 13th November, these are the band’s first shows since signing with new live agency, Select Music.
Jack Ladder & The Dreamlanders played one of the last sets at one of the most hectic BIGSOUND events to date, but that did not affect the numbers of people that flocked and filled the Black Bear Lodge, eager to hear the first airing of songs from ‘Playmates’.
The band’s BIGSOUND performance was one of the most talked about as the festival wrapped up and at the 20 Questions panel on the Friday, four out of he six panellists chose Jack Ladder & The Dreamlanders as a personal highlight of BIGSOUND 2014.
