Mountain Sounds Festival 2014 Drops First Lineup
Australia’s newest boutique festival, Mountain Sounds, has dropped its first, ultra-impressive lineup.
Following a massive sold out event last year, Mountain Sounds Festival has announced its return for 2016, on Saturday, 20 February.
The boutique rural romp, located in the unique landscape of NSW’s central coast, is in its third year, and next years festival is set to be their biggest yet.
The festival is returning to the stunning Mount Penang Parklands in Kariong, NSW. Music tastes of all persuasions will be catered for, with some of the most diverse and hyped acts in the country set to play. The first line-up announcement is set to drop any time now, so watch this space.
The festival, which is a proudly local, environmentally sustainable event, prides itself on providing a platform to support local artists, businesses and the wider community.
Mountain Sounds has been expanded to five stages, including a new “secret” area, along with markets, pop-up bars, live art and installations.
Festivalgoers will have ample opportunity to take in the natural beauty and cultural delights of the Central Coast, with the chance to sleep under the stars at the campsite on Friday and Saturday night.
