Mike Waters Hits The Road To Support New Single

Mike Waters is at it again, with the fast rising singer/songwriter announcing a national tour supporting his latest single Feels Like Home.

And if you’ve ever dreamed of appearing in a music video, here is your chance as Waters is on the hunt for your best festival photo, which will be used for the creation of the Feels Like Home music video.

The track was written following a period of writers block, which was broken after a trip to Splendour In The Grass last year. Waters was inspired when he watched the way the crowds interacted with the artists and boosted their performances on stage. Feels Like Home is the result of that experience.

A Feels Like Home tour event page (https://www.facebook.com/events/768586469917058/ ) has been created and fans are asked to post their best festival photos which will be used to create the official music video.

Anyone who posts a festival photo in the event page by 5pm Thursday, 27 August will go in the running to win a free double-pass to the tour show in their home city.

The tour kicks on in Melbourne at the Workers Club on Friday, 2 October before travelling to Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Talented Brisbane folk singer Robbie Miller will be the main support for the tour, with local supports to be announced in the coming weeks.

This tour comes off the back of a massive six months for Waters which has seen him support international acts like Andrew McMahon and Lewis Watson, be selected to showcase at BIGSOUND, announced on NYE on the Hill, sign a management deal with WAU Management and even have his first single Gambling Man praised by Perez Hilton.

Waters’ debut EP ‘Life’ is out now through iTunes and streaming services.
