TENACIOUS D announce new Australian special guest - DAMIEN POWER
The Frontier Touring Company announces that talented and enigmatic performer, Damien Power, will be joining Tenacious D for the Australian leg of their upcoming tour.
If you haven’t heard already, Chicago punk rock four-piece Rise Against will be returning to Australia this December, and they’ve just announced locals Clowns and Outright as supports for their three Australian shows.
Clowns and Outright, both heralding from Melbourne, are no doubt pretty chuffed with the amazing support spot. Rise Against will visit Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney and the short tour is looking to be absolutely explosive.
Clowns have been going from strength to strength recently, with two full-length albums under their belt - 2013's I'm Not Right and 2015's acclaimed Bad Blood, Clowns' ferocious energy has seen them play over 300 gigs so far.
In true DIY hard-core style, Outright's unwavering, raw passion has seen the band pack out shows up and down the Aussie coastline including support slots for the likes of High Tension, Mindsnare, Propagandhi and the legendary Refused.
It’s looking to be one hell of a December. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, July 9.
Tour dates:
Wed 2 Dec - w/ Clowns and Outright. Margaret Court Arena, Melbourne, VIC
Fri 4 Dec - w/ Clowns and Outright. Riverstage, Brisbane, QLD
Sat 5 Dec - w/ Clowns and Outright. Hordern Pavilion, Sydney, NSW
