Seth Sentry is back with a new single and the announcement of a national tour in 2015. The rapper, whose rise to Australian prominence began in 2012 with his first full album This Was Tomorrow, has just released a new single called Run.
The track takes a look at Seth’s childhood, being bored in a small town and having problems with the police. In fact, it almost sounds like a tribute to his very humble origins. The nostalgic and matter of fact nature of Run is something that I’m sure plenty of people can relate to as well, however if it is the best thing to come out of the new album seth has been working on, I will be disappointed.
Considering how well crafted his debut album was, I have placed high expectations on Seth for his new works. And even though Run is actually a good song I think there are better tracks to come from the wordsmith.
