Hot Off The Press: New Tempura Nights
Brisbane band Tempura Nights have just sent us their new single ‘Mr Tone’ and we can’t wait to share it with you.
Tempura Nights Release First Single 'Cocky'
Alice Rezende (Go Violets) and Jacob Knauth (Major Leagues & Jeremy Neale’s band) have joined musical forces to create an exciting new brainchild; Tempura Nights.
With their respective bands working hard this year pushing out singles, EPs, t-shirts and cat drawings, the couple have managed to find time to let "pop" slip out of the picture - if only for a minute - and start work on a sound that’s more brash, and at times, natural. Recorded, mixed and mastered by Donny Miller (No Anchor, Roku Music), the first single ‘Cocky’ is an angsty, guitar heavy teaser of what's to come.
Other than one rare appearance at a Donny Benet show, the duo has remained busy with their other projects until this point. Shows lined up in support of the single will have full details announced soon.
'Cocky' is officially released Midday Thursday October 31st
