Brisbane's Jeremy Neale has returned with the brand new single 'Swing Left'. Signing a deal with label Create/Control, the single will be released on Neale's forthcoming In Stranger Times EP, due out in late October.
'Swing Left' had its worldwide premiere on triple j's Good Nights last night.
Produced and mixed by Tony Buchen (Andy Bull, Washington, Old Man River), 'Swing Left' showcases a darker side of the crooner revivalist movement while effortlessly blending into Neale's strong background in garage-pop. It's laden with all the memorable hooks and the swaying danceability you could've hoped for and finally proves to the non-believers and player haters that Jeremy can write a song with more than one verse.
In the last twelve months Neale has toured in support of The Preatures, Gung-Ho, Ball Park Music and Surfer Blood as well as completing his own headline tours for singles 'A Love Affair To Keep You There' and 'In Stranger Times (ft. Go Violets)'. Most recently he teamed up with good buddy Feelings (ex-Philadelphia Grand Jury) for a co-headline tour of the East Coast.
