Bad//Dreems Launch 'Hoping For' and Debut EP 'Badlands' in Sydney
Adelaide’s Bad//Dreems have just released their new single Hoping For, from their debut EP Badlands via Mirador Records.
This Friday, July 19 Adelaide’s Bad//Dreems are releasing their single Hoping For and their debut EP Badlands via Mirador Records.
To herald both releases, Bad//Dreems will be launching Hoping For and Badlands on Friday 26 July at The Gasometer in Melbourne with epic support from The Clits, Destiny 3000 (SYD), Velcro and The Angel and Baby Chain.
Badlands is the result of sessions with producer Woody Annison (Black Cab, Rocket Science), and includes debut single Chills which wasrecorded with Jack Farley (Twerps, Scott and Charlene’s Wedding, Beaches) and Johnny Mackay (Fascinator, Children Collide).
The video clip for Hoping For was filmed in Port Adelaide and in the North of South Australia near Orroroo.
Bad//Dreems were the second most played act on triple j unearthed in 2012 and have shared the stage with Children Collide, Oh Mercy, Wavves (US) and Cut Off Your Hands (NZ). Their take on The Seeds’ Pushing Too Hard will be featured on the upcoming vinyl release of the Nuggets re-release.
