Thirty Seconds to Mars Touch Down

30 Seconds to Mars

Actor, Oscar-winner, sharp dresser, purveyor of fine lengthy locks; Jared Leto has several titles to choose from.

For the next week at least Leto takes on his role as frontman for Thirty Seconds To Mars in Australia on their Love, Lust, Faith + Dreams tour.

The trio, including Leto’s brother Shannon and bassist Tomo Milicevic touched down in Sydney yesterday ahead of their first show in Perth tonight.

The group were scheduled to perform here in August last year but had to postpone the tour until this week after one of the members underwent an unspecified medical procedure.

“We appreciate everyone’s patience and it’s going to be well worth the wait,” Leto said.

Thirty Seconds To Mars have been popular in Australia thanks to regular visits to launch their records and perform but Leto warned this could be the last trip for the foreseeable future.

“It’s going to be the last time people here will hear from us for some time. How can you miss us otherwise?”

Thirty Seconds To Mars perform at Challenge Stadium in Perth on March 25, Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne on March 28, Qantas Credit Union Arena, Sydney on March 29 and Riverstage, Brisbane on March 30.
