Who is keen to go Out On The Weekend? The weekend of October 18th that is.
A brand new festival and its lineup has been announced, taking place at the Seaworks in Williamstown, Melbourne this October. Its creators, touring promoters Love Police have described the event as, “a celebration of Americana music, great food and fine booze”.
Featuring a blend of local and overseas alt-country music, the headliners include Justin Townes Earl, Robert Ellis, Ryan Bingham and Henry Wagons. In addition to the musical program, the event is placing a strong focus on food and drinks with the likes of Beatbox Kitchen, Taco Truck and All Day Donuts already locked in.
Early bird tickets to the one-day festival are $79 (including all fees) and go on sale next Friday, July 25. Free entry is available for kids under 12. There is also the option to purchase a “Cripple Creek Ferry Package” that includes a return ferry transfer from the Docklands (with entertainment provided on board) and bundles in meal and drinks vouchers.
